While it is a technique that can be applied at any level, we teach it specifically in our Fluent Start System course, which is meant for beginners. Fluency Labs (formerly known as Fluency Sprints) are intensive, typically month-long cohorts where you work directly with Luca and/or one of his Luca System Certified Coaches. The core goal of these Labs is to actively push you from an intermediate learner to an advanced speaker.
